Chris Richardson New Owner of Shore Tackle and Custom Rods. Chris has fished up and down the east coast for the past 20 years, and learned the art of rod building from one best (Bill O'Brien). Chris also owns Salt Creeks Sales marine electronics on Kent Island, and shares his knowledge of boat outfitting and electronics to customers of the rod shop. His love for fishing drives his passion to provide the best equipment and advice to fellow fishermen. |

Joe Cap Rod Builder. Joe is an avid Light Tackle and Fly Angler who has written articles for several fishing publications, is on the St Croix Pro Staff Team and is a FFF Certified Casting Instructor. Joe is also a very creative fly tier probably best know for his grass shrimp pattern. |

Captain Mark Galasso out of Grasonville offers custom trips for fishing, crabbing and cruising. He operates a 243 Everglades and a newly renovated 35 Markley for your comfort and safety. He fishes Chesapeake Bay from the CBBT to the Susquehanna Flats with a home base here in Kent Narrows within walking distance of Shore Tackle. In 1996 Captain Galasso started Tuna the Tide Charter Service after ten years of work with the National Marine Fisheries Service as an Oceanographer and a lifelong passion for fishing. He has been fishing, hunting and cruising the waters of Delmarva for over 40 years. Whether you enjoy fishing, cruising or crabbing he can help you plan a memorable trip. Over the past 40 years Captain Galasso has been fishing and cruising the waters of the Chesapeake Bay and the coastal waters off the Delmarva Peninsula in search of striped bass (rock fish), bluefish, flounder and the many other species that frequent our waters. Whether your style is light tackle, fly, jigging or live lining or the more traditional trolling and chumming he has the experience to put you on the fish. Crabbing is also available for your enjoyment. Trot-lining crabs is the traditional Eastern Shore way of crabbing and is a great way to catch your dinner. Sightseeing, cruising and nature tours are also available with flexible hours to fit your needs. You can read his monthly articles in the Maryland Hunting and Fishing Journal as well as Upper Bay Boating Magazine. Captain Galasso has fished numerous tournaments up and down the Chesapeake Bay and offshore with great success. When he's not on the water he can be found at the Shore Tackle Shop here in Grasonville. He is our inshore rigging specialist and rod builder in training at Shore Tackle and custom rods. Shannon Ehinger Out of Ocean City, mate on the "Allison" and the Womens Offshore Alliance, she commercial/charter fishes up and down the East Coast. She has placed in several tournaments in the past few years and is also featured in the June issue of Sportfishing magazine, "Women who love fishing and have beaten its barriers" She worked with us as an offshore rigging specialist and rod builder. Shannon now runs and owns 353 Custom Tackle in Ocean City MD. We still work with Shannon on a regular basis to provide both our customers with the best custom rods and tackle. |
